Negev spray pattern

In Counter-Strike 2, the Negev climbs in a tight, nearly vertical line. Here's the shape, the numbers, and how to control it — then drill it into muscle memory on SprayTrace.

Negev recoil control path — Counter-Strike 2aim Real pattern

Your mouse path — start on the crosshair and follow it down. The bullets climb the opposite way; this is the movement that cancels them.

How to control it

Controlling the Negev spray

  1. Pull down to cancel the climb. The Negev rises about 10.2° over its first burst — drag straight down to keep the crosshair on target as it climbs.
  2. Hold the line. Horizontal drift is small (0.0°) — focus on a clean vertical pull and small corrections.
  3. Reset between bursts. Recoil fully resets after about 0.50s off the trigger — tap-fire or burst at range, spray up close.
  4. Drill it to muscle memory. At 800 RPM a full 150-round spray plays out in ~11.25s. Trace it in SprayTrace at 20% speed, then ramp to full, then go Blind.
